Push play then read away:
Some people love the constant sliding up and down structure and the painful poke and discomfort in-between each slope of a trio relationship. Love is as complicated as keeping a steady hand without a ruler but as simple as straight line. As any illustrating artist knows, a straight line is always easier to draw when you don’t over-concern yourself about it being crooked, or don’t care if it gets the approval of a judgmental ruler. Love is a two-way street. Just like a street, it’s mostly the twists, turns, and sharp corners that cause accidents where others are easily harmed. I’ve found that 3 straight lines make a repetitively traveled triangle or create an unequally sharing expressway.
The choice of cheating is not always about the girl at the club or the guy in the fancy car. A love triangle is not always as simple as a sexual escapade but more about robbing someone’s heart and/or mind from the experience of a true relationship. Who would think that the same reputable family has been inserting themselves into so many of our lives?
The Worrees. They know all of us but it’s the particular member of their family that attaches to that person we date and really, really like. Mr. & Mrs. Worrees, have a never-ending relationship and a nice home they are never planning on moving out of in the gloomy town of Mizzery. But, they are well-known swingers. It’s nothing like dating a guy who has a thing for Mrs. Worree or any of her daughters.
It’s almost impossible to hold onto someone that is constantly running off with them. Their family never goes anywhere but once someone starts creeping with a member of the family they somehow consume any and every experience you try to build with your loved one. It is what it is though. It’s only a matter of time before that long, lost crush comes back around realizing that The Worrees are fine by themselves but, spending too much time with them leads you nowhere. You end up in Mizzery and, I don’t want to live there.
